The Way
We Eat

Come Hungry
Our event is famous for its kitchen, and it's been like that from the very first SKOG™, seven years ago.
All SKOG™ meals appeal to all your senses, sight, small and taste – energy packed to keep you going after a day on the motorcycle. The SKOG™ BAR is open from the afternoon, where you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
We have reserved a table for 150 and will do our best to make sure you can enjoy your meals together with friends. We have eliminated the long “prison style” lines waiting to get dinner slammed on your plate.
Find your spot at the table, lift your glas in a friendly gesture, while we serve your table.
Breakfast and Lunch
For breakfast we offer a buffet with a variety of choices. Oatmeal, bread, butter, cheeses, and cold cuts. Scrambled eggs and other treats, fruits and vegetables.
Coffee, tea, and juices are available, of course.
For lunch remember to make yourself a sandwich to bring along, or purchase a freeze-dried Real Turmat lunch.

Unless You Bring Your Mom
Some things you need to provide for yourself: Remember to bring your own plate, cup/glass and cutlery.
Oh... we don't do your dishes, so please clean up your own mess. We are not cold hearted – so we supply soap and hot water.
Veggies - No Problem
Despite limited logistics, we will try our very best to serve food to everybody's enjoyment.
There will be vegetarian alternatives, but if you have other dietary restrictions, we advise you to bring your own substitutes, like gluten free bread, etc.
Regarding serious allergies, make sure to note them on your entry form, as it is your own responsibility to stay healthy and happy through SKOG™.

The Chef is Boss
Responsible for our food & beverage program is Jonas Thunberg, a professional chef and culinary academy teacher. All our meals are creatively composed and prepared in the forest kitchen, with a flair of fire and smoke.
